3-4-1-9-9. This one in the 10-12, Long Street. Caller advised they just saw a fox with mange running around, looks confused. Said they saw it across the street, and it was running towards St. Clair Ave. They believed it could possibly be rabid. They said it had been circling around the area, and it was there earlier this morning as well.
