70 units, had a retail fraud just occurred. 27530 Gratiot at Joe Randazzo's. For a black male wearing a black Puma track suit. He walked up to the register of groceries and walked away to grab more. Wouldn't say anything to employees. Took cooking oil and walked outside. He's going to be walking northbound.
