Emergency, be advised, power was removed as of 1329 hours south of Utica. Realizing the trains back on the track, there was a smoke condition that came over. FD will advise further. 10-4 central, is there any other time? This time just 10-4. 10-4. As of 1336 hours, as per division, resuming service on track 1 at Utica at this time they resumed. 10-4.
