520, 545, it's going to be a criminal mischief and a possible overdose, Velasco Road at Stolpe Ave, possibly going to be at 1510 Stolpe Ave. Started as a 30 to 45-year-old white male standing outside. He was wearing a black hat, black shirt, blue jeans. He was hitting people's cars. He broke a mirror off one of them, throwing things at people. They're now calling back saying the suspect and their friend just walked by 1510 Stolpe. They were carrying a female that was barely conscious, period of overdose on drugs.
