need to close her car. Call is going to be in the area, 518 Woodhaven Road, city of Utica. 518 Woodhaven Road, city of Utica. Report of two horses running loose in the area. The caller believes they're possibly on Route 12 and now she no longer has eyes on them. The owner of the horses appeared to be an Amish party who had the caller for help. The looses were loose.
