It's going to be in the area of East Buffalo, Chicago Avenue. East Buffalo and South Chicago. RP advised that there's a male subject walking eastbound with a pit bull off-leash. The male's going to be wearing a yellow shirt. The RP asked the male to put the dog on a leash and he got belligerent. RP went back inside his home. He did advise the dog seemed aggressive.
