Getting a call from Fort Williams Park, 1000 Shore Road. We'll be sending rescue as well. They described it as down at the little beach, there's a kayaker that flipped over and they're trying to paddle the shore. They're in the cove and they're about 150 yards away still. Fort Williams Park. 13, copy. I should be all set.
