A suspicious black four-door car with tinted windows was following her closely and struggling to maintain lanes. Caller originally thought it bumped her vehicle, but after stopping, she didn't see any signs of damage. East Sunset, officer, if you could check information, caller at 3705 South Jefferson, Birch Point Health and Rehab, was reporting a suspicious vehicle, possibly in contact with her vehicle, but no damage. Was unable to maintain lanes. Rehab.
