812 South 59th Street. The caller's neighbor said outside at a mobile home, they have a vacant property. For the last 45 minutes, there's a male yelling at subjects, waving around a flashlight, saying it's a neighborhood and private property. Then heard two other males arguing and a dog barking, unknown description.
