Coming in from 101 Smoke Shop, 4742 Highway 58. 4742 Highway 58, near Howell and Oakwood. RP witnessed it in the parking lot. It's going to be a Black male, Black female. Black male pulled off her wig and pushed her to the ground. People who worked there told them to leave.
