Fire Medic Engine 32. 32, go ahead. The water that's going into their basement has been contained to a drain in their mechanical room. The water's been shut off at the meter. We will be available on the air, and the water department will still respond just to ensure that everything else is okay with the meter. Copy, and just to reconfirm, you said the water had been shut off? Yes, the water's been shut off at the meter, but we still would like water department to respond to ensure there's no other issues with the meter at this time.

Fire Medic Engine 32. 32, go ahead. This looks like it's going to be a break between the water meter and the house. There is water going into the basement, but it is flowing into a drain right now. Has the water department been contacted at all? That's affirmative. They gave an ETA of 20 to 30 minutes. I copy, 20 to 30 minutes. They'll probably need to shut this down at the water meter to keep water from going into the house.

Medic Engine 32 en route. Medic Engine 32 on a water problem. 8965 South 1300 East. There's water that's leaking in from the south side wall. Unknown where it's coming from. It's leaking into the basement of the home and flooding the side yard. The complainant is the property owner. This is third-hand information from the tenants on scene. I'll send the water page now. Time now, 2103.
