Attention all D4 units, correct, I'll be following without reference, DNR driver, units in the area of 1st Street and Westdale Avenue, be on the lookout for a black BMW, 28 of Robert Edward Mary 6548, occupied by a white female, last seen wearing pink shirt, black pants, advised possibly 55. Looks like she's about to take off, will be going possibly towards Bell Park. All units be advised, 2215.
