All units at Ophelia and Miramontes Park at 406 Arbor Drive, there's a male that's acting strange. He's possibly intoxicated and screaming, saying either somebody is trying to kill him or that he is homicidal. He has a bunch of stuff with him. He's a 50-year-old white male with long hair, and he's wearing a brown t-shirt.
