All units, 22 Alpha at 826 West. The complainant advised there was a male messing with his stuff when they started to talk to the male, threatened him with a knife. Advised the suspect took a 10-8, it occurred in the parking lot. Advised the suspect was a whiskey mic, possibly single, 20-year, homeless. We're still trying to get another description.
