Copy. Engine 4, you're en route to a service call, 6160 Kempsville Circle, the Smithdale Building. There's a male at the location wearing a gold sweatshirt and his wheelchair is bright green. We have a note showing that his wheelchair fell halfway off the sidewalk and he can't get it unstuck. Nothing further. 2040.
