Removed the sewer cover lid and attempting to go into the sewer. Code 2, incident 3050, RD 1844. Units responding to 4222 Dalton Avenue, the suspect went inside the apartment 6, correction, C6 with the victim and the music was turned up loud. 357, we're code 6. 3.
