144 Normandie, 144 Normandie for the disorderly group, staying in the back alley. There's approximately 20 juveniles playing football, harassing a neighbor that's trying to mow her grass, taunting her and throwing things at her. Seeing one juvenile they believe was at 151 Springton threatening to run the female over and throw a ball at her. It's an ongoing issue with the same group of juveniles.
