She starts towards the area of 400 Maryland Avenue. Caller said, called in Joyce Biker. She said that there were two children running around. They've been harassing her. She's scared in her house. The one was wearing a white shirt, gray pants, number two. They're about 14, 15. One's running, the other one's wearing all black curly hair. I believe we got another caller as well.
