5141 Avenue H, RP advised a Black male having an episode in the lobby, wearing blue over white flannel, waving his hands around and screaming, running through the lobby. Advise no weapons visible. He's going to be leaving location on a bicycle now, headed towards Oak Bend. All units. Clear. 302, I'll back him up. 945. 945. He was going to be transported by Medic 617. That's clear. 553, advise he's turning next to the old T-Mobile toward.
