Units, for a DOJ call, the D2 is working. 5th Avenue North, Jackson Street North, 5 and Jackson. Multiple juveniles on e-bikes riding in the streets and doing wheelies. It's going to be six subjects, five males, one female, all white. One of the females, the female has green hair, appears to be around 15. They were last seen heading westbound on 5th. All the males are shirtless. Nothing further. 1736.
