Complainant's friend, Bill Murray, 56-year-old Indian male, 5'7", over 300 pounds, wearing a black shirt, black shorts, no known weapons. He's staggering around and refusing to leave. He's already 390 and keeps dropping everything. Complainant doesn't think he needs medical, but he's worried he's not in control. But the complainant also sounds very 390. It's 1432.
