3-30, 3-25, 3-30's post. Retired or injured, it's a lot of neglect. 12700 Bonita Avenue, 12700 Bonita, cross street of Worthington and Thoroughbred. Complainant, it's anonymous, says there's 13 dogs living here. Recently found out that a pregnant dog gave birth to eight still-worn puppies who were all put in a trash bag, thrown out, and the mother dog was also thrown out. Mother dog's at location of no access to food, water, and the house is in poor condition. Owner lives out of state, and while they are not at location, apparently someone does live at the address. It might be a female.
