Received. Further, another unwarned, 7608 Pacific Ave. I'm not 100%% sure if the subject's still in the area. The callers were kind of being vague. Wanted to be advised on delay, but say that there's a subject who's in the driveway refusing to leave. He's coming back and forth. Black male, 45, 8, 210, gray-brown hair, white beard, tan sweater, black-white shorts, and red shoes. He's possibly higher intoxicated. Show me en route. 1438.
