Caller states that son, Isaiah Holloway, has a history of MH. 39-year-old Black male, beige winter hat, black jacket, unknown colored pants, is not taking his med, was doing destruction of property. Was last seen southbound on 34th Avenue a few minutes ago. No weapons, drinking or drugs.
