Go for a drug investigation on McDonald's, 200 Lincoln Way West, 200 Lincoln Way West. My caller is the manager, states that there is an older black male homeless that was causing a disturbance. He was asked to leave and forgot items. Apparently the employees believe they found a crack pipe in the male's items. He's currently in the parking lot near the dumpsters on the bank side.
