Gonna be 49 Broadway Avenue in Sayville, cross of Lilac Lane. The complainant's calling from the Bronx. She can see on camera her boyfriend, Joseph Plant, 8, 13 to 66, is attempting to drive her red Lexus. She's advising he has a history of drinking, has an interlock device in his own vehicle from a prior DUI. Subject's possibly in TAC.
