At the speedway, 78 Landings Drive. They are reporting there was a female in the parking lot, seemed out of it. Believed she may have fell and hit her head. She then got up into a black sedan, said she threw it into the hospital, was heading out of the parking lot, heading north on 19. She seemed really confused.
