Okay, 328, 330 up at that Cockeys Mill, correction, Franklin Elementary School, 33 Cockeys Mill Road, 33 Cockeys Mill near Main Street. The caller is a David Thompson who observed a person down the trail there. It says the far parking lot, down the access to the field that leads to the trail, about 500 yards in from the field. Person's got a tent, timeless tent there, set up and is concerned due to it being a elementary school.
