Contacting Johannes, says that his son, watch, a 22-year-old Black male, black hoodie, camo sweatshirt, broke into his gray Kia Soul about 45 minutes ago and is currently sitting inside of it. He's unaware that LPD has been called. Possibly code 19 or code 74, did not see any.
