An abandoned 911 with an open line. It's plotting in the parking lot of the Target at 1204 New Brunswick Avenue. It was plotting at the end of the parking lot, closest to the Shammy Shine. I heard nothing on the open line. It was a disconnected cell, unable to call back. I do have history with that number, with a few abandons recently, no contact.
