Vehicles abandoned on Glendale and the eastbound lanes on the east side of SR 51. The driver appeared to have left on foot, unknown direction of travel. Vehicle's also blocking traffic, and fire's going to be reading flares, and that they're leaving the scene right now. Copy. Did they treat or transport anybody? I can check for you.
