Pack 31, copy. Suspicious person, 351 South Warren Street in the main lobby. 351 South Warren Main Lobby off of East Phat Street. Caller is a Laura Klantherova. States that there's a 30-year-old black male standing outside the building wearing a black shirt and green pants with a surgical mask and a white bandana. He was slipping behind her when she left the building. Doesn't believe he lives there. States he recently found somebody sleeping in the pizza shop with her store.
