It was the truck it’s back tires was bent and the axle was broke the cops have that car surrounded (so blocked) from anyone hitting them
When I pass the truck noone crash him ... his axle broke and couldn't move ... he was on the side of the freeway on the phone .. it was just broke down on the highway
Hope it wasnt that stall truck in the middle of the highway... told my daughter if someone is not paying attention they will hit the truck !
