32. It's going to be a welfare check for an X-ray walking in the middle of the roadway, eastbound on Buena Vista Road, passing Vista View Lane. RP was driving past and advised that he almost struck an X-ray who was in the middle of the yellow lines. Only described as an X-ray carrying bags. Unknown if HPD or 11-550. RP continued driving and has no further.
