Attention Stockton units, BLL for 23109, vehicle is northbound 5, just south of Charter. For 50 motorcycles that had traffic stopped on the freeway, there's a patch with a scull on the back. They're currently exiting Charter Way. Again, 23109, activity northbound 5, just south of Charter. For 50 motorcycles, Stockton clear, 2137.
