Caller said he was threatened by another resident, a male Hispanic, 5'5", 5'6", to 5'7", stocky build, black shoulder-length hair, black shirt with blue designs, black shorts, and Adidas flip-flops. The person's still there, and he has a knife. Nothing further on it. 14th district, zone 3. Double 14. Double. Can you have an ambulance?
