Engine 74, Tender 73, paramedic 881 responding, code 3 stroke, 4981 North Sabino Valley Place, for a 60, 60-year-old female, conscious and breathing. Patient is having a stroke. She is completely alert. She is breathing normally. She is having speech problems. Partial evidence of stroke from our diagnostic. Started three hours ago. She has not had a stroke before. Nothing further.
