1050 Henry, 1050 Paul, 15 southbound Tropicana, 15 southbound from Tropicana. Suspect is a black Ram truck with Nevada Lincoln Victor 9 David Victor at beat, taking off. RP advised the driver is possibly 55. RP is in a white Jeep Cherokee Laredo and still following. Advised the other vehicle hit her car again. They're stuck at the light. Tropicana took over.
