Janesville units, prefer to copy a traffic complaint. Dispatching unit, in the area of Northright Road and Sandhill Road, Sandhill and Northright, RP's reporting a dark car was traveling on the wrong side of the road 10 minutes ago. RP followed the vehicle, it's now parked at 2852 Wright Road, 2852 Wright Road, possible plate of Adam X-ray Mary 7926, AXM 7926. It's gonna be a black Kia. Any unit responding, please advise.
