Caller advised to check for an older white female in a wheelchair that's on the roadway in the curve. Advised that the subject is not moving. Unable to advise that she's breathing. Additional PR call the same. Unable to advise on weapons. Advised that the subject just moved her arm a little bit, to code 1. 1220.
