Advising a gray sedan, unknown make or model, tag 33 Bravo India Yankee Fox, was swerving all over the roadway. Last seen headed southbound on 16th Street. No driver description, just a code 14. That tag is not currently assigned to a vehicle, showing previously assigned to a gray Lincoln Navigator, which was a rental. 22-24.
