They have a 30s-year-old Hispanic male, tattoos, red New York hat, black shirt, black shorts, red and white flip-flops, wearing a backpack. He's been asked to leave previously, now back on location, standing outside. Seems like he's about to come inside. He's very code 19 or 74, no weapons seen. The Super C, 1700 L, Lake Lincoln.
