The guy that filmed this and that is talking has no clue what happened. I am a nurse I came out from having dinner my husband and I saw the guy get hit and I ran to help him. He was saying out pick up truck hit him omg The guy ended up not being hurt and the actually person that did hit him can back and everything was fine so don’t pay him money lol
There are multiple cars driving extremely loudly around this area, and the noise has been going on continuously for about 30 minutes.
