23-103, it's going to be southbound 1, just south of Buena Vista on a 90s model green to hit a pickup truck with a lot of bumper stickers. Multiple near TC's, swerving, unknown plate, ran the RP off the roadway. Last seen exiting an airport. We'll notify Watsonville. Nothing further. KD 682, clear at 1819.
