210, I took a burning complaint. It's going to be behind 132 West James Street. 132 West James Street. RP advises that it is the neighbors behind him. They are burning in a fire pit and feels this isn't safe as it's pretty close to a residence. Also states that they are consuming ETOH. 10-4. You can change it to an ordinance violation for now and I'll be en route.
