Car, pedestrian, East Adams, Almond Street, East Adams and Almond Street. It's going to be a hit-and-run. White Hyundai, New York Garage, Lincoln, Sam, Paul. 7517, LSP, 7517, versus a pedestrian on a bike. Vehicle left northbound on Almond, prior to calling. Pedestrian has a black jacket on with braids. Caller said that they were following the vehicle, and then they took a right somewhere near the hospital.
