All units be on the lookout in the area of 2146 East 28th Street off 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue. Silver Ford F-150 almost hit RP nearly head-on. We're swerving and driving erratically, not maintaining a lane, possibly 411 in the area of 23rd Street with tinted windows on the vehicle. It's a lifted truck.
