On the board for 10, theft just occurred, 3030 South Kedzie, over at the Aldi's. Claudio's calling a male Hispanic, was stealing, kept his hand in his bag, fled northbound with a cart full of food. Offender's a male Hispanic with a white socks hat, black shirt, black shorts. Some customers ended up chasing this guy down.
