Jordan 5453. It's going to be at the lodge at Jordan River, 1341 West South Jordan Parkway. Complainant's an employee reporting that a patient broke out of the room through the window and left. He is schizophrenic and has dementia. I'm still waiting for a name and date of birth. Nothing further at this time. 10-4, copy and en route.
