702 Spring Street. There's a male in the lobby yelling at staff. Appears to be either intoxicated or in crisis. Staff attempted to verify that the suspect was a resident, and then he moved towards the caller as if to hit them. Suspect is a Black male, late 20s, medium build, brown and tan sweater, beige shorts. Employees are locked inside the office.720
